WHAT IS IT?
The Pilates SZN 5-Day Challenge is a free, feel-good Pilates reset created to help you move your body, feel stronger, and get back into a routine for 2026 without pressure, guilt, or “I’ll start Monday” energy (it does start on a Monday though lols).
For 5 days, you’ll complete one short Pilates workout a day with me via YouTube. Every class is beginner-friendly, equipment-optional, and designed to fit into real life no matter where you’re starting from.
This isn’t an all-or-nothing challenge.
It’s about showing up, doing what you can, and building a routine that actually feels good and works for you xx
